Import with Symbols Manager in DSE and assign the newly imported parts to an existing class within the Manufacturer parts manager menu. The part will be downloaded to your local system. When the file has been prepared, download it from 'My activity' on the right hand side of the webpage. DWG files can also be imported to the symbols manager. The 'DesignSpark Electrical' format can be added to the DSE Symbols manager with the 'Unarchive' tool.
Once you have found the part to download, scroll down the product page, select a format to download in, and click the grey download button to the right of it.
Or via Library > Manufacturer parts manager > Online content.Įither route will take you to the repository of parts within Trace Parts online where you can browse or search for the parts you need.
When using DesignSpark Electrical there are two easy ways to access the online library. In addition to the on-board library for DesignSpark Electrical, which comprises around 250,000 parts, there are additional parts available in the Trace Parts online portal, these can be easily accessed and added to your own library.
